T & C-Ambassadors

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your role as a MusicCon Ambassador (“Ambassador”) in promoting MusicCon, an event organized by MusicCon US (“Organizers”). By participating as an Ambassador, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Ambassador Responsibilities:
    • As an Ambassador, you are responsible for actively promoting MusicCon through various channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, email, word-of-mouth, and other online and offline means.
    • You will be provided with an individualized tracking link to monitor the effectiveness of your promotional efforts.
    • Ambassadors have permission to create promotional materials such as flyers, promotional videos, or any other advertisement or visual media deemed necessary to promote MusicCon.
2. Compensation and Incentives:
    • Ambassadors will receive 25% of the revenues generated from ticket sales or other transactions attributed to their individual tracking link.
    • Additionally, Ambassadors will be eligible for the following incentives based on the revenue generated:
      • If an Ambassador generates $500 USD in revenue, they will receive 1 free performance slot. (Equivalent to 15 gen admin tickets).
      • If an Ambassador generates $750 in revenue, they will receive 1 free ticket to the conference, performance slot or 1 6 ft vendor table at MusicCon Conference & Festival.
      • If an Ambassador generates $1000 in revenue, they will receive access to MusicCon Conference & Festival, 1 free performance slot, 1 6-ft vendor table, and an interview in one of the associated publications.
3. Promotional Materials:
    • Ambassadors are encouraged to include approved sponsor logos provided by the Organizers in their promotional materials.
    • The use of any unauthorized logos or materials in promotional efforts is strictly prohibited.
    • Ambassadors can request permission to add other logos or materials to the promotional efforts.
    • Ambassadors have permission to include their image, brand, and likeliness on the promotional materials.
    • A copy of all promotional materials must be submitted to: musicconus@gmail.com 
4. Revenue Reporting and Payment:
    • Ambassadors will receive a detailed report of the revenue associated with their individual tracking link.
    • An invoice reflecting the agreed-upon compensation amount will be sent to Ambassadors by the Organizers.
    • Payment will be disbursed within 5 days following the conclusion of the MusicCon event.
    • Payments shall be made via ACH direct deposit or Zelle.
5. Discrepancies and Inquiries:
    • Any discrepancies in the revenue report or inquiries regarding compensation should be promptly brought to the attention of the Organizers.
    • Ambassadors can reach out to the Organizers directly or email accounting@musicconus.com  to address any concerns.
6. Termination:
    • The Organizers reserve the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
    • In the event of termination, any outstanding compensation owed to the Ambassador will be paid according to the terms outlined in these Terms.
7. Modification of Terms:
    • The Organizers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
    • Ambassadors will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued participation as an Ambassador constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing Law:
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By participating as a MusicCon Ambassador, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
