Ticket Purchase and Attendance
Agreement: By purchasing a ticket to MusicCon Festival, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.
Non-transferable and Non-refundable: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Event Admission
Organizer Rights: The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee for reasons including violation of venue rules or disruptive behavior.
Code of Conduct
Respectful Behavior: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, staff, performers, and exhibitors.
Zero Tolerance: Fighting, harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion without refund.
Photography and Recording
Subject to Rules: Photography and recording of event activities are subject to organizer and venue rules.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized commercial use of images or recordings is strictly prohibited.
Bag Policy & Prohibited Items
Prohibited Items: Guns, knives, weapons, and pepper spray are strictly prohibited on the premises of MusicCon.
Bag Policy: Attendees may bring bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC that do not exceed the dimensions of 6 inches x 8 inches x 2 inches. Bags must not feature an all-over print or decoration that obstructs a full view of their contents. Bags may have a strap, but metal or chain straps are not permitted.
Wallets: Wallets must not exceed the dimensions of 5 inches x 3.5 inches and can be carried in either the front or back pocket.
Clear Plastic Storage Bags: Clear plastic storage bags that are one quart or smaller in size are also permitted.
Liability Waiver
Participant Responsibility: Attendees participate in MusicCon Festival activities at their own risk.
Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Program Changes
Organizer Discretion: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or lineup without prior notice.
Possible Changes: Changes may include performance cancellations, schedule adjustments, or workshop modifications.
Health and Safety
Compliance Required: Attendees must comply with all health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines and emergency procedures.
Illness Prevention: Attendees experiencing illness symptoms should refrain from attending.
Vehicle Security
Attendee Responsibility: Attendees are responsible for securing their vehicles parked at or near the venue.
No Surveillance Provided: The organizers and venue management do not provide security or surveillance for parked vehicles.
Precautionary Measures: Attendees are advised to lock vehicles and avoid leaving valuables visible inside.
Disclaimer of Liability
No Liability: The organizers, sponsors, and venue management are not liable for loss, theft, damage, or vandalism of vehicles parked at or near the venue.
Attendee Responsibility: Attendees park their vehicles at their own risk and should take precautions to safeguard their property.
Reporting Incidents
Encouragement: Attendees experiencing theft, damage, or vandalism are encouraged to report incidents to venue security and local law enforcement.
Cancellation and Force Majeure
Refunds: Refunds for event cancellation due to circumstances beyond organizers’ control may be issued at their discretion.
Expenses: Organizers are not liable for expenses incurred by attendees due to event cancellation.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Oklahoma.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to MusicCon Festival are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oklahoma.
Acceptance
Acknowledgment: By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
Changes: These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Attendees are responsible for reviewing and complying with the latest version available on the MusicCon Festival website.
